Artistic Director Ellen Hathaway and Assistant Director Joseph Delaney founded Ellen Hathaway Dance Company in 2019.

Together, they have been delivering dance projects to refugee communities across the North of England whilst developing their own international research exploring how dance can connect communities, encourage cultural exchange and develop accessibility in the arts.
